In HFPA Gym, Greek Sporting Club,  7 Civin Dr, Bedfordview, Johannesburg.

Classes:

Adults & Teens Class
(Monday & Wednesday's at 18h45 till 8h00 (beginners can come at 18h30)

Kids Class (Panthers) - 7yrs to 12yrs
(Tuesday & Thursday's 17h00 to 17h45)

Litte Kids Class (Panther Cubs) - 4.5/5 &6yrs
(Thursdays 16h30 to 17h00) please confirm times & days as may change.

Plus a bonus 1 extra class a week at any of our other branches if on another day or a Cardio Kickboxing (Teens&adults)  class at our Central Emmarentia branch. *Not applicable if a once a week member (1 extra a month then applies).
