MTG Classes offered
Classes for13yrs and up are offered at the following Clubs:
Emmarentia, Bedfordview, Northriding (Randburg) , Sandton (Parkmore) clubs.
Full spectrum martial art including ITF Taekwon-Do which includes many aspects being traditional, sparring/Taekwon-Kickboxing, up to advanced HSS Urban Self Defence, breaking, functional fitness, flexibility & positive lifestyle.

Classes for children from 7yrs & up are offered at the following Clubs:
Emmarentia, Bedfordview & Northriding
(Offering the same benefits as the older classes but adapted to childrens needs and capabilities).

MTG's Fighting Fit ClassClasses for 13yrs and Up are offered at the following club:
Emmarentia
Combination of Cardio KickBoxing/ Boxing/ TKD, basic self defence & Calisthenics (Non contact class). Boxing bags are used for much of the class.Ladies only and mixed classes available.

Corporate & Individual are both catered for. At our facility in:
Emmarentia or your venue.
Self defence syllabus in the martial arts classes as well as condensed Self defence courses for groups of 10 and up are offered. These courses are catered for the specific need of the group.
